Is yet another season of one of the nation's most prominent reality shows,that is "Ghana's Most Beautiful" which seeks to promote the rich Ghanaian culture by selecting one beautiful lady from each region across the country to represent their respective regions to showcase their rich culture to promote unity and national development.
With regards to the aforementioned,Ekua gets to represent the Central Region in this years edition of Ghana's Most Beautiful to showcase the culture of the Central Region of Ghana.The theme for this year's edition is "Black and Proud".

Ekua is the CEO of a charity organization called "Let them smile". An organization that makes donations in the form of either money,food stuffs or items of necessity to the needy especially orphans annually.
