Miss Commonwealth is an International Pageantry which has its foundation in the UK so winners of the contest from the various countries later contest in the Miss Commonwealth International which would be held in the UK.
The aim of Miss Commonwealth Ghana is to showcase the rich culture of Ghana and promote peace among African Nations.
